Progressed through positions of increasing responsibility to hold senior-level network technician role for multiple network projects. Accountable for assembly, programming, testing and debugging of MVS systems. Installed, configured, and updated various network components, hardware, and software. Installed and monitored various network management tools. Interfaced daily with vendors, customers, and various cross-functional departments in gathering requirements and providing project updates. Compiled records of network performance data and delivered reports on project status to project managers. Provided training and mentoring to new employees.

§      Orchestrated transfer of outdated SNI connections to current technologies for 106 customers, exceeding set goal of 75; developed procedure for confirming all definitions for converted clients were deleted upon conversion.

§      Served as Lead z/OS CS consultant for major datacenter migration to new Data Recovery site.
